Majority of the homes in Arabian Views were built between 1987 and 1998 by the builder UDC, but you can also find homes built by TW Lewis, Richmond American, Dave Brown and Sequoia. Housing options include apartments and condominiums, but primarily single-family homes that usually feature large spacious lots and pools. Schools for the area are Copper Canyon Elementary (located within the community), Explorer Middle School and Pinnacle High School, all part of the Paradise Valley School District.
The Arabian Views real estate is just south of the 101 freeway and just northeast of the Tatum Blvd/Bell Road intersection. The community is in a prime location with many amenities and other communities nearby. Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarters, Desert Ridge Marketplace and CityNorth are all popular outdoor malls that are minutes away and have numerous shopping and restaurant options. Paradise Valley Mall, along with its surrounding shopping centers, is also close to the Arabian Views community. For those who enjoy golfing, there are plenty of top-rated golf courses, like TPC Scottsdale, around the area and all of them are less than 15 minutes away. There are also plenty of trails and hikes available for any outdoor enthusiasts, like Reach 11 Recreation Area, which is a 7,500-acre City of Phoenix park. There are 18 miles of groomed, multi-use trails that are used by equestrians, bicyclist and hikers. Part of the recreation area includes the Sports Complex, which contains the AZ Diamondbacks Field of Dreams with 4 baseball fields and the largest soccer complex in Arizona with 18 lighted soccer fields.
The 101 and the 51 freeway are easily accessible from Arabian Views and the Phoenix International Airport is only 20 min away. The Mayo Clinic Scottsdale, a premier medical facility is close to the community, as well as Scottsdale Healthcare Thompson Peak Hospital.
