Tatum Highlands real estate is located west of Tatum Blvd to 40th St, and on both the north and south side of E Jomax Rd. There are approximately 1,400 homes that were built by UDC, Ryland, Saddleback, Diamond Star, Maracay Homes, TW Lewis and Golden Heritage.
