Lisa is wonderful! As a first time home buyer, I was not very familiar with the home buying process. The first thing that Lisa suggested was meeting together to discuss all my questions and help me become familiar with the specifics of the Purchase Agreement. This prepared me to be ready for crunch time when we placed an offer. She was patient and flexible with my 8 month search and gave us her opinion on what would suite me the best without pushing to make a sale. Her advice on how low or high to offer were spot on…and together with her lender Anila, they were the reason our offer was accepted and I ended up with the home I wanted. Lisa is very professional, but is also warm and personal. She showed me homes and areas of town that I had not previously considered. Lisa found me a fantastic house with all the requirements I was looking for in a very short period of time. She was very responsive to my requests , available, and inquisitive to my desires for a home. One thing that really stood out while working with her was her knowledge of distances and time to travel, not just based on a map, but real-life application. She showed me homes in an area I would of never considered because it was to far from my son’s school. Lisa knew I loved this house and my only hang up was the location. So with stopwatch in hand, she timed the distance to travel, and to my surprise it was only 12 minutes. If it wasn’t for her local knowledge I may of missed out on a great home! The integrity she displays in friendship is the exact same she displays as a Real Estate agent. She has one set of standards and they are of the highest caliber.
